Jo loves being a caregiver because of the bond she creates with clients. She said, “The care clients get at home is different because they are more comfortable.” The acknowledgment and appreciation for working hard are just a few reasons Jo enjoys being a part of the Providence team.

Massa loves bringing change into her clients’ lives and knowing her clients need the care she provides. She said, “I made a difference in someone’s life. They had prepared for his funeral, and I helped him get better.”

Kasi knows “taking care of people is her purpose in life.” She said, “Providence is awesome. I’ve never had a company care and show appreciation like Providence does.”

Chemere understands being a successful caregiver requires you to be “open-minded and adaptable.” She says working as a caregiver is fulfilling for her because she is helping people. Providence for Chemere is “by far the best because we are family.”

Debra became a caregiver because she loved caring for family members. She says the team at Providence is “more friendly and takes care of problems when they arise.”
