Kimberly began her nursing career in 2000 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital in Altus, OK where she worked as a surgical nurse and gained experience in disease processes, pediatric care and post-operative care. It was 2004 when she began her career in home health care as an RN case manager where she has accumulated experience in all aspects of home clinical care as well as administration and management. In 2012 she was faced with caring for her own mother whose health was failing. Without the care of home health nursing and caregivers her mother would not have had the opportunity to remain at home until her passing. The experience of navigating care for her mother highlighted the value of home health care and the hope and relief it brings patients and their families. As of May 2016, she has served as the Director of Clinical Services for Providence Home Care, managing staff education, scheduling, coordination of patient care and development of specialty programs, policies and procedures.
